Couple shocked to find their car put up for sale

Car owner Cathy Sadler was gobsmacked when a stranger turned up on her doorstep in Timaru on Thursday morning to buy her vehicle, which is not for sale.
The man was the first of five potential buyers.
Unbeknown to her or husband Brian, the vehicle had been advertised in a publication called Wednesday Trader with their address and viewing times.
That was pretty bad, but what is worse is the advert says the car is from a deceased estate.
"I was angry and shattered. I have no idea who would do such a thing," Mrs Sadler said.
The couple bought the 2000 Honda Accord 2.3 litre in 2012 and are still paying it off, which with interest will come to $14,000. In the magazine it was priced at just $1500.
Specific viewing times were noted and a phone number, which strangely does not ring through but appears to function with texting. A family friend texted the number and a few hours later received a message reading "f... off".
Mr Sadler, a retired bus driver, said he was "gutted and horrified", especially as the couple had to contact their daughter in Invercargill and assure her no-one had died.
The Sadlers had contacted police.
