Roncalli rowers are ditching the unitards and getting all glammed up.

The five rowers turned models had a fitting session at D Code earlier this week to get their outfits sorted before hitting the variety show catwalk tomorrow night.

Decked out in the latest trends, the girls are looking forward to their runway debut.

The key to a successful walk according to year 11 student Molly McDougall is to be confident.

Abby McIlroy, 15, is looking forward to getting all done up for the show. "I'm excited, not really nervous just go for it."

The night is a fun way to raise money for their rowing club, said 15-year-old Bridget Cody.

Laura Cockroft, 16, also thought it would be cool to get involved in and although she is nervous now, she reckons she will go for it on the night.

The Variety night being held at the school will also include performances from local singers Claire Burt and Zoe Scott.

After fashion and live music, ZZ Top, Tina Turner and the Sex Pistols will be taking the stage as part of a Lipsync section. There is also auction and more entertainment from the night's compere OJ and his band the BIG Picnic.

Tickets, $20, are available from D Code, the Roncalli school office or at the door on the night.
