An elderly man walking on a track near Mt Cook village did not return when expected but was found safe at 6.15pm.

A youth, 17, was arrested this morning for disorderly behaviour at the Warehouse at 11.40am.

Police warned a man, 28, on Craigie Ave for having cannabis and drug utensils in his car.

Breach of the peace led to the arrest of a man at Timaru Hospital at 2.30am yesterday.

A Timaru man, 19, was arrested for breaching the peace in George St at 3.20am yesterday.

At midnight on Saturday a 25-year-old breached the liquor ban on George St.

A man, 23, had his licence suspended for excess demerit points when he was stopped driving on North St at 2.25pm on Saturday.

A driver, 16, had his licence suspended for excess demerit points when stopped on North St at 1.25pm on Saturday.

At 6.15pm a man, 49, was charged with refusing to give a blood test as he left a tavern car park and was charged with EBA.

A driver travelling at 94kmh on Elizabeth St was found to have EBA, blowing 488mcg.

A forbidden Ashburton driver had his car impounded at 10.20pm on Saturday on Wai-iti Rd.

A youth, 18, was caught urinating outside Speights Ale House and given an infringement notice.
