Police inquiries are continuing into the theft of two 24-packs of Export Gold beer from Pak 'n Save at 5.38pm on July 16. Surveillance footage, above, shows two young men who are suspects. Anyone with information is asked to contact Chris Hill, of the Timaru police, on 03 687 9808.
Police are investigating a Tuesday burglary at Timaru Girls' High School where two laptops were taken. An attempted burglary also occurred on the same night at Timaru South School, but the burglars were unable to get in.
A Timaru man, 29, had his driver's licence suspended for excess demerit points.
A Timaru boy, 15, will be referred to Youth Aid after being apprehended for shoplifting.

A St Andrews man, 52, faces six charges including possession for supply and selling cannabis after police executed a search warrant at his Blue Cliffs Rd residence yesterday and found cannabis, cannabis oil, cannabis cookies and cash.
Two basketball singlets were reported stolen from a Stafford St shop on Monday. A 14-year-old male was apprehended after he tried to sell one of the singlets at a local high school.
A Timaru resident reported a Lorus gold watch and a 500-gigabyte Dick Smith external hard drive were taken from a King St flat.
