Police inquiries are continuing into attempted burglaries at Timaru South School.
While an attempt was made to enter the school on Tuesday, police were called at 11.10pm last night after two windows in the school library had been forced open and someone had entered the building. Nothing was taken but an orange glove was found on the scene.
Meanwhile, investigations are continuing into a Tuesday burglary at Timaru Girls' High School where two laptops were taken.
A Temuka woman, 50, was spoken to by police after two windows were broken at a Whitcombe St address.
