Two windows were smashed at Sopheze on the Bay overnight on Saturday, police said yesterday.

Police arrested a 15-year-old youth for assault. He will be dealt with by Youth Aid.

A Timaru man, 35, was arrested and charged with drink driving. He blew 574 micrograms per litre of breath.

On Saturday a Timaru man, 23, handed himself into police for breaching his home detention.

The rear windows of a vehicle parked on Wilson St and Selwyn St were smashed on Friday.

A vehicle parked on High St was damaged by a pellet from an air rifle.


A bicycle was stolen from a Wilson St property.

Police arrested a Timaru man, 38, for disorderly behaviour. His partner, a Timaru woman, 32, was arrested for breaching the liquor ban.

A Timaru man, 39, was arrested for disorderly behaviour.
