A Geraldine man, 29, was arrested after hitting a parked car in Andrew St and going through a fence.

The man drove away but was found in Tweedie St a short time later. He was taken to hospital complaining of a sore neck. A blood sample was taken.

A Timaru man, 33, was stopped while driving on North St shortly after 3am. He recorded a breath alcohol level of 1015mcg.

A Timaru man, 33, was arrested on two charges of breaching a protection order.

Police are investigating an incident in which a 25-year-old man was allegedly assaulted.

A Temuka man, 73, was spoken to after he hit a parked car.

Two garden lights were damaged and a third light stolen, from a Macdonald St property overnight Tuesday.

A car was taken from in front of the owner's residence in Mountainview Rd and moved about 200m down the road. Police said someone apparently tried to steal the car, but it had a flat battery.
