South Cantabrian helps mark historic moment

Former Craighead netballer Courtney Chapman has helped mark a historic day in New Zealand touch rugby.

The Kiwis claimed the Super trans-Tasman Test Series for the first time against Australia when the open men defeated Australia 5-4 to clinch the men's series.

Chapman's mixed Touch Blacks had already recorded a series win as had the masters to give New Zealand an unassailable lead for the final day.

It was Touch NZ's first major trophy for many years.
