They have millions of Instagram followers between them. So where are these bloggers posing in NZ? Isabel Leong, who visited New Zealand for 10 days in May, said these photos inspired her to travel here.

Much of my photography in New Zealand was inspired by some of the best Instagram shots of New Zealand.

I've handpicked out 15 pictures from popular Instagrammers to inspire your trip to New Zealand, as it did for me.

Who could ever get enough of the Southern Lights?! 😍🌌👌 Today was my last day at my old job - I'm now a full time, self employed photographer! Very excited to take this big step, looking forward to spending more time doing what I love. I have some epic plans in the works and can't wait to share these with you in due course! Thanks again for your support! 😄 📸📸📸 | Sony A7 | Samyang 14mm | F2.8 | iso 6400 | 30 sec | light painted forground | #NatureFrotherInstameet #naturefrother Hashtags: #astrophotographyco #astro_photography_ #ig_astrophotography #Astrography_ #igworldclub_astrophotography #IgAstro @space #SpaceAttraction #NatgeoSpace @spacedotcom #timelessuniverse @space.vb #universetoday #fantastic_universe @universewatchers #NasaGalaxyPlanet #space #astronomy #universetoday #universe #ic_longexpo #nightphotography #astrophotography #night_excl #match_night #nightimages @nightimages #southernlights #auroraaustralis #aurora #sonyalpha #sonynz #sonypictures

So I know I've posted this photo before but I'm super stoked to finally reveal that it's made me an NZ Geographic Photographer Of The Year finalist 😄😄😄 (it's my first competition entry since my amateur days 6 years ago) Shooting glowworms is without a doubt my most challenging photography to date - setting up in the pitch black, chest deep in cold water is never an easy task. Getting to this part of the cave involved either abseiling down a 35 metre tomo or climbing, walking and swimming through small dark passages. I was in water 99% of the time (sometimes with eels) with all my camera gear. Always with my trusty caving companion @logandoull - this shot wouldn't have been possible without him! FUN FACT: Since I started shooting in the caves I've had to develop a caving lens kit - the harsh environment isn't kind to camera gear! Totally worth it though! Voting in the link on my profile! :) @nzgeo #newzealand #potyfinalist2016

"The old school of thought would have you believe that you'd be a fool to take on nature without arming yourself with every conceivable measure of safety and comfort under the sun. But that isn't what being in nature is all about. Rather, it's about feeling free, unbounded, shedding the distractions and barrier of our civilization -- not bringing them with us." - Ryel Kestenbaum Upon reaching the first lookout point on the Roy's Peak climb.
