Kai Iwi Beach. Rugged and wild at heart, just like the town it finds itself in.

I lived in Whanganui for three years - some of the best, and some of the worst of my life. 

Taking a walk on this beach seemed to put worldy issues in their place, to be replaced with thoughts of the bigger picture.

I miss you Mowhanau.
