Fog restrictions have been lifted at Auckland Airport after it was affected for nearly three hours this morning, disrupting dozens of domestic flights.

International flights were not affected.

The airport said 29 mainly regional arrivals (12 delayed and 17 cancelled) and 22 departures (four delayed and 18 cancelled) were affected while the fog restrictions were in place between 8.15am and 11.05am.

Passengers are advised to check the airport's website for the latest flight arrival and departure information.
