Woman who drove off cliff named
Name suppression has been lifted for a Hamilton woman who allegedly drove her car at a man before driving off a cliff into the Waikato River.
Annette Kaye Wallis, 45, has pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted murder and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm on November 17, last year.
Wallis is alleged to have driven her car at the man at the Ohaupo Rd shops before fleeing down Cobham Dr and off a cliff into the river.
Wallis was remanded to reappear for trial next month.
