Ricky Martin will be living la vida loca in April next year, when he plays four concerts in New Zealand.
Martin, who is Puerto Rican, last visited in October 2000, off the back of his massive worldwide hit Livin' La Vida Loca.
It hit No 1 in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand in 1999.
"I am so excited to bring my new One World Tour to New Zealand next year and see all of my loving and loyal Kiwi fans after such a long, long time," Martin said.
"I am looking forward to playing some new material that I have been working on this year, some of my classics and perhaps a few surprises!"
Tickets will go on sale to the general public next week.
He will play Vector Arena in Auckland on April 17; TSB Arena in Wellington on April 18, Claudelands Arena, Hamilton on April 19th and Christchurch on April 21st.
In 2008, Puerto Rico declared August 31 to be International Ricky Martin Day.
