A police call out to a domestic dispute at Sky City Casino overnight could see a woman facing a number of charges.

She was found to have breached bail, had drugs and drug paraphernalia on her.

Hamilton City Tactical Coordinator, Senior Sergeant Freda Grace, said Police were called to the casino overnight after reports the 34-year-old woman was involved in a domestic dispute.

"A number of our staff attended but it turned out the woman hadn't gambled on such a response as it was quickly established she was there in breach of her bail conditions,'' Ms Grace said.

"She got dealt a further bad hand when she was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine, scales and a P-pipe but it is a quantity of jewellery found in her handbag and on her person that we would like the public's assistance with, so we can establish the items' rightful owners."

Ms Grace said six rings, a gold coloured bracelet and a silver necklace were amongst items recovered.
"Officers also found a maroon coloured watch case containing two watches, one of which is believed to be an imitation silver coloured Rolex watch.

"We are very keen to hear from anyone who recognises the items recovered or who may know who the rightful is.''
If you believe you know who the property belongs to, please contact Constable Peter Read of the Hamilton Law Enforcement Team on 07 858 6200."

Alternatively, information can be left anonymously with Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
