Katy Perry has revealed that she has a special relationship with the "trash cans" on her concert tours.
The pop singer wrapped up her year-long international California Dreams Tour in late January this year.
Perry put on over 120 performances in continents all around the world.
She confesses that sometimes being backstage is not at all glamorous.
"You walk on stage feeling like Mary Poppins but really you've just had your skin zipped, peed in a bucket and been dry-heaving over the trash can," she told British newspaper The Sun.
Although Perry always has professional obligations to attend to, her love life is heating up.
The star is single following her divorce from Russell Brand and she is thought to be dating several gorgeous suitors at the moment.
Perry and Robert Pattinson have been friends for a long time and she has apparently been helping him through his heartache following his rumoured ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart's admission of infidelity.
The singer was recently linked to John Mayer after they were spotted enjoying some dates in Los Angeles and she's also thought to have enjoyed a casual relationship with Florence + the Machine star Robert Ackroyd.
