2011 Selaks Heritage Reserve Sauvignon Blanc Pinot Gris
RRP $21.99
I'm definitely stepping outside the square with my pedestrian palate in opting for a sauvignon blanc/pinot gris. But I was pleasantly surprised by the crisp and zesty nature of the 2011 Selaks Heritage Reserve, which combines the two grape varieties. I prefer a dry white and this subtle wine definitely came with a dry finish. A very nice combination that went down well with a hearty chicken casserole while watching the rugby. Heaven!
