A man caught trying to jemmy open a poker machine at Hamilton's Sky City Casino at the weekend may have ripped off other gaming machines in the Waikato.
The man, 33, was arrested this week after he tried to "manipulate" a machine that had $850 loaded onto it, police said.
Police are not saying what he was trying to do to the pokie, but have revealed he is being interviewed about a similar incident in Tauranga.
And the man was arrested in Taupo in April after using a screwdriver to tilt a poker machine in a bar, stealing $2200 in cash.
Anyone who believes they may have been a target of the man's offending should call Hamilton Police on 07 858 6200.
