A Coromandel man who allegedly flashed tourists on a beach has pleaded not guilty.
Michael Bruce Bell, 41, stuck with his earlier indicated not guilty plea when he appeared briefly in the Thames District Court yesterday on a charge of obscenely exposing himself at Cooks Beach on New Year's Eve.
A defended hearing date has now been set for April 29.
Bell was arrested after police set up an undercover sting and posed as holidaymakers after complaints about a man flashing tourists.
