I was walking into town on the Saturday evening before Mother's Day and saw an envelope on the road as I crossed in front of the museum. I picked up the pink envelope, which had the word "Mum" handwritten on it. Inside was a lovely card from Stephen to his mum, expressing his love for her and telling her what a great mum she is.

I would dearly love to reunite this card with the sender or his mum. Being a mum myself, I would have been proud to have received it.

I still have the card at home if you want it. Please ring the Waikato Times on 8499664 and someone will give you my phone number.
