I have had the privilege this evening to observe a trio of gentlemen painting the outlines of new car parking spaces in Frankton. This was completed with remarkable efficiency, including the rather complex task of adding the words "loading zone" in yellow, aided by no more than standard dead-of-night street lighting and a tape measure.
To these people, and the countless others keeping our city running behind the scenes, thank you. It is all too easy to take such work as yours for granted.
