The wife of an Australain man alleged to have posed as a black magic healer in order to sexually assault two women has also been charged with sexual intercourse without consent.
Frances Psichogios, 36, has been accused of having non-consensual sex with one of the alleged victims in a Sydney hotel three times between February and June this year.
She is charged with aggravated sexual assault because the incidents allegedly took place in the company of Tony Golossian, 61, who police allege tricked the women into having sex by telling them it was the only way to cure them of a black magic curse.
Psichogios's husband, Arthur Psichogios, 38, has been charged with 79 offences in relation to one woman between 2001 and 2005 and further charges in relation to the woman his wife is also alleged to have assaulted in 2008.
Police believe Golossian and Arthur Psichogios sexually assaulted the women during pre-arranged "prayer sessions" at various New South Wales motels and hotels and charged them for removing the curse.
Golossian is also charged with using a carriage service to menace the second woman and her husband, and demanding $50,000 from the couple with intent to steal.
Both men appeared in Burwood Local Court today for police to serve affadavits on their defence teams.
Psichogios's bail conditions were also relaxed to allow him to leave his home without being accompanied by a family member if it was for the purpose of employment or child contact visits.
