Furry Friday: When dogs are in a relaxed mood, they're the champions of chill
Errol is a dynamo, the canine version of a fidget spinner. But when he conks out he does it with commitment.
If dogs were soldiers - and sometimes they are very soldierly - their two favourite commands would be "Attention!" and "At ease!" Because those are the two things they do best anyway, without being commanded.
Dogs know how to relax. They are the kings of kicking back, the champions of chill. They make themselves at home in any situation - apart from those that involve visits to the vet.
Here's a collection of dogs at ease in their environment, whether it's a beach, a farm yard or a couch that's already got occupants. Scroll down, be infused with the laid-back spirit of the dogs, and make your Friday go a little more quickly.

Nobody could resist Jess's smile or her come-hither-and-tickle-me pose.
Finn has featured in a few Furry Fridays. Here he is with a sleepy smile on his face - no doubt dreaming about a game of chase. Sadly, Finn died the other day after a short battle with cancer. RIP Finn.
Gus really, really REALLY liked someone's joke. Meanwhile Odin turns himself into a small tufty mound of chill.
Happy place: Barney (left) is content parked in a garden bed. Luca creases the bed with 68kg of charm.
A battle of cities: Aucklander Dodo and Wellingtonian Indie show home-town pride.
Free ranger: Blue does a little light socialising with the hens.
Laps of luxury: Tanks (left) visits mum in hospital; Maisy makes herself the weighty centre of attention.
Esther (left) has such a huggable head, mum can't resist. Choko snuggles up with mum on a not-so-hot day.
Lucy (left) takes an easy lollop along the beach. Luna's stroll stopped being leisurely when someone threw that ball.
Sand sprints: Romeo (left) and Jake are as happy as they can be. Not really relaxed, but I liked the photos so here they are!
Connor and Phoebe squeeze themselves into a corridor of winter sun.
Low-key leisure: Laurel (left), Pepper and Petunia.
Sharing nicely: Ivy, Anna and Kobe are united in a peaceful moment.
Spooning time: Tesla shares her blanket with Puss Puss.
Esther and her mum were napping on the couch when Levi realised he must join the slumber party.
Finally, two big hounds sharing quality time with their dads: Zara (left) and Jake. Just because you've grown into a giant among dogs doesn't mean you stop loving cuddles.
