Southern Jam Youth Jazz Festival Gala Concert: ASB Theatre Marlborough, 7.30pm. The concert will showcase pieces from all participating schools and feature the All-Stars Band compiled from the top musicians of the festival.

Celtic in the Kirk Concert: Blenheim and Districts Highland Pipe Band concert with performances by pipers and drummers, Marlborough Dance Centre, Marlborough Sounds Barbershop Chorus, Shamrock Touch and others. Tickets $20 includes afternoon tea. St Andrews Church, 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
