Two teenagers - both male and aged 17 and 19 - have been arrested in in relation to offending in Hamilton and Te Awamutu, Detective Sergeant Andre Kavanagh said.
The offenders are in custody and will appear before Hamilton District Court on Saturday morning, Kavanagh said.
Hamilton police Senior Sergeant Mike Henwood said search warrants executed on Friday resulted in the arrests.
The two arrests are in addition to the arrest of a 17-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy earlier in the week.
The 17-year-old has been remanded in custody and the 16-year-old has been bailed, Kavanagh said.
"Hamilton police are pleased to offer some closure and comfort to the victims of these violent crimes and would like to reassure the public that police are working tirelessly to hold these offenders to account.
"We would like to thank the public for their assistance in apprehending these people.
"The community should be assured that the police treat this type of offending seriously and would not be able to advance our investigation of these crimes without the support and assistance of the community."
