Auckland petrol station worker 'traumatised' after being threatened with machete
A petrol station worker was threatened with a machete during an aggravated robbery on Auckland's Waiheke Island.
The worker, who was alone at the time, is "traumatised" after the incident, police said.
A man entered the Z petrol station in Onetangi Rd about 9.50pm on Monday.
He threatened the worker, then stole the two till drawers, police said.
The man is described as tall with a slim athletic build, wearing a balaclava and black puffer jacket and jeans.
