A Kāpiti Coast district councillor accused of indecent assault is expected to go on trial in December.

David John Scott, 71, has pleaded not guilty to the charge that he pressed himself against a female council worker in front of the mayor on April 13.

 

Wellington District Court judge Denys Barry remanded him on continued bail this week.
