Four Invercargill youths arrested for interfering with vehicles
Four Invercargill youths were arrested on Friday morning for unlawfully interfering with motor vehicles near Stadium Southland.
A police communications spokeswoman said the youths, aged 12, 15, 15 and 16 were arrested about 7am for unlawfully interfering with the cars on Surrey Park Rd.
The youths were held at the police station until their parents and caregivers arrived to pick them up, the spokeswoman said.
Police have referred the matter to Youth Aid.
