Ronda Rousey marries fellow UFC star Travis Browne in Hawaii
Forget her 12 triumphs in the octagon or winning a bronze medal at the Olympic Games for judo, UFC star Ronda Rousey says her wedding day was the happiest day of her life.
Rousey, a superstar in the sport of mixed martial arts, married fellow UFC fighter Travis Browne in his home state of Hawaii on the same day that Conor McGregor threw on the boxing gloves to fight Floyd Mayweather in Las Vegas.
The couple got engaged on a recent trip to New Zealand, with Browne reportedly proposing to Rousey under a waterfall.
Rousey and Browne have shared pictures of their wedding day on social media. In one of her photos, Rousey said it was the "happiest day of my life."
Rousey has not fought since her first round loss by TKO against Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 in December last year.
